Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to serve clients across multiple industries, including healthcare, education, and finance. You’ll use our shift-pickup platform to claim open shifts based on your availability, building a varied site experience and career growth.

You may be called on to work irregular shifts with little advance notice, contributing to community safety and client protection while advancing your security career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must be at least 18 years old (21 if armed in some states).
• Ability to operate radio/console equipment and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Observe for unusual conditions and security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police/fire when needed.
• Control access for authorized persons and monitor entrances/exits.
• Investigate incidents; maintain logs as required.
• Provide courteous, professional assistance to customers and visitors.
