Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Professional Flex Officer to guard client sites across healthcare, education, and finance sectors. You will use our shift-pickup platform to claim shifts that fit your availability, enabling a flexible schedule while gaining varied site experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws
• Drug screen required where permitted by law
• No prior experience required
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed)

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns
• Sound alarms or summon police or fire department as needed
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances and exits
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property
• Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Make emergency notifications as necessary
