Responsibilities

• Screen and monitor arriving and departing guests for security threats.
• Assess potential threats using de-escalation and conflict resolution.
• Greet guests and provide information about activities and locations.
• Identify guest needs for golf cart, shuttle, or wheelchair services.
• Handle basic issues; refer complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Record visitor information in electronic monitoring systems and badge visitors.
• Open doors and assist guests with bags as needed.
• Assist with valet services; perform other duties as assigned.
