Job summary

Fergus Falls Public Schools is seeking adaptable individuals to substitute across our essential support staff roles—including secretaries, paraprofessionals, food service, custodial staff and more. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule and no pressure from a rigid timetable.

Substitutes maintain on-call status and utilize the Frontline system for vacancy postings. The hourly pay rate is $20/hour and includes Earn Sick and Safe Time leave.

Qualifications

• Adaptable and able to substitute across multiple support roles.
• Willingness to work part-time with a flexible schedule.
• Ability to follow school policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
