Job summary

Springfield Public Schools invites candidates to join our team as Substitute Educational Assistants for the 2026-27 school year. The role involves working on a flexible schedule during school days from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, with shift lengths ranging from 3 to 7.75 hours per day, and scheduling through Frontline.

Responsibilities

Support students and staff on a flexible schedule during school days (7:30 am–3:30 pm).
Assist with paraprofessional/instructional tasks and classroom support.
Follow district procedures and Frontline scheduling system for on-call or advance planning.
