Job summary

Milaca Public Schools is seeking a paraprofessional substitute to support teachers, case managers, and principals. You will provide academic, behavioral, social, and life skills assistance across different programs, adapting materials and activities to student needs.

Responsibilities include tutoring, implementing behavior plans, and assisting with community-based job training per IEP goals. The role requires flexibility and cooperative teamwork across school environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 year Associate's Degree / 60 college credits / MN Paraprofessional option or equivalent.
• Experience in child development, education, or childcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adapt instructional materials per teacher, supervisor, or case manager guidance to support student needs.
• Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring and practice to reinforce concepts.
• Support behavior plans and IEP goals as directed by educators.
• Assist students with daily living skills and supervision in various settings.
