Job summary

Go Spindle is hiring Paraprofessionals / Personal Care Assistants for the 2026–2027 school year in Northwest Philadelphia. Work is per diem with flexible shifts, managed entirely through our app, so you can pick days that fit your life.

You’ll support 1:1 and small groups, assist teachers, reinforce IEP goals and behavior strategies, and help maintain a safe, inclusive classroom. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, 18+, PA clearances. Perks include weekly pay and fast onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to pass PA Criminal Record Check, PA Child Abuse Clearance, and FBI Fingerprinting.
• Pass PA clearances via approved process.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students.
• Assist classroom teachers with daily instruction and routines.
• Support students with special needs by reinforcing IEP goals and behavioral strategies.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.
