Job summary

Go Spindle is hiring Paraprofessionals / Personal Care Assistants for the 2026–2027 school year in Northwest Philadelphia. Work is per diem with flexible shifts, managed entirely through our app, so you can pick days that fit your life.

What You’ll Do

What You Need

• High school diploma or GED.

• A passion for helping local students succeed.

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Previous experience working with youth (daycare, sports coaching, tutoring, or schools).
• Special education, behavioral support, or PCA experience.
