Job summary

Boothby Therapy Services, LLC seeks a Pediatric Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a school-based role in Merrimack, NH. This part-time position (2 days/week) serves K-12 students and operates under a license-appropriate supervision model.

You will provide direct therapy and support IEP goals in a public-school setting. New graduates are welcome, with opportunities for mentorship, a flexible schedule, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire PTA license
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Interest or experience in pediatrics, schools, or special education preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based physical therapy services to pediatric students (K-12)
• Support students in mobility, strength, balance, and access to the educational environment
• Deliver direct therapy services, including individual and group sessions
• Implement student treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate with special education teams, OTs, SLPs, teachers, and school professionals
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as appropriate
• Support adaptive equipment and assistive technology
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes and communicate progress with supervising therapists
