Responsibilities

• Treatment Planning: Plan and deliver specialized therapy techniques through individual or group sessions to meet the goals outlined in the IEP. Provide therapy to children aged preK-12 with various medical diagnoses.
• Consultation & Instruction: Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate therapy into classroom-based activities. Partner with a PT to discuss and refine treatment plans, ensuring supervision and alignment with therapeutic goals. Engage with parents to incorporate their child’s therapy program into daily routines.
• Data Collection & Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate documentation for all student therapy sessions and progress.
• Time Off Management for Full-Time School Employees: Employees are encouraged to schedule their time off during school breaks. Time off requests will be reviewed and approved by the supervisor to ensure minimal disruption to normal operations.
