Job summary

Boothby Therapy Services LLC is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a school-based, part-time role in Merrimack, New Hampshire. The position serves K–12 students in a school setting with 2 days per week and a pay rate of $35–$40 per hour for the 2026–27 school year.

New graduates, experienced PTAs, and returning clinicians are welcome to apply, with a supportive clinical team and opportunities for mentorship. Flexible scheduling supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• NH PTA license required.
• Degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Interest or experience in pediatrics, schools, or special education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based physical therapy services to pediatric students (K–12).
• Support students in improving mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and access to their educational environment.
• Deliver direct therapy services, including individual and group sessions.
• Implement student treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Collaborate with special education teams, OTs, SLPs, teachers, and other school professionals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as appropriate.
• Support the use of adaptive equipment and assistive technology.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Communicate student progress with supervising therapists and educational teams.
