Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated physical therapist for a part-time contract in a vibrant K-12 school setting. The role runs from August 17, 2026 through May 31, 2027, with a flexible two-day-per-week schedule that supports balance and impact.

Ideal candidates hold an active PT license and have interest or experience in school-based, pediatric therapy. You will conduct assessments, write reports, and collaborate in IEP meetings with teachers and educational teams.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required.
• Experience or interest in K-12 setting.
• Knowledge of pediatric therapy practices and school-based service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy to a diverse K-12 caseload.
• Conduct individualized assessments and document findings.
• Write comprehensive reports and maintain student progress records.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning.
• Partner with teachers and staff to promote independence and safety.
• Provide training and consultation to educational teams as needed.
