Job summary

MedQuest Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. You will create and manage individualized patient care plans with attention to detail and a compassionate approach.

You will observe, communicate, and apply current nursing practices while solving problems to support patient well-being. Primary responsibilities include coordinating care plans, administering medications, documenting changes, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of employment.
• RN experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First aid/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions.
• Document changes in patient conditions and report on changes.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor.
• Coverage area: SOUTH BAY and CENTRAL LA.
