Job summary

MedQuest Health Services, Inc. seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to create and manage individualized care plans and monitor patient progress in our CA facilities.

You will collaborate with a care team, document changes, and communicate effectively to support patient well-being. Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in California, have strong interpersonal skills, and possess current CPR/First Aid certification along with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed RN in the state of employment.
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First aid/CPR certification is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
• Document changes in patient conditions and report on changes
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
• Coverage areas: CAMARILLO / VALLEY / WEST LA
