SECURED HOME CARE LLC seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to develop and manage individual care plans for patients. The role requires attention to detail, a compassionate approach, and the ability to communicate effectively with both patients and colleagues.

In this position, you'll coordinate patient care, administer medications, and ensure accurate documentation of patient conditions. Ideal candidates will possess a valid RN license and excellent care skills, along with prior nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment.
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects.
• Document changes in patient conditions and report them.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care.
