Job summary

MedQuest Health Services, Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse to create and manage individualized care plans, collaborating with the care team and monitoring patient responses with compassion and attention to detail.

The RN will coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans, administer medications, document changes, and maintain accurate records, covering the South Bay and North Orange County areas.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state of employment.
• Previous RN experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First aid/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions
• Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor
• COVERAGE AREAS: SOUTH BAY and NORTH ORANGE COUNTY
