Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction).

Responsibilities

• Cashier/Checker greets and assists customers to create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Process transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently at the check lane.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle varied payment methods including SNAP EBT, WIC, coupons and loyalty offers.
• Follow company policies on cash handling, shortages/overages, and loss prevention.
• Adhere to guidelines for restricted items (Alcohol, Tobacco, DVDs) and safety procedures.
