Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional guest service, assist with cake finishing and frosting, and maintain a clean, welcoming bakery environment. You will be cross-trained to support all areas, helping create memorable experiences for guests.

Ideal candidates are friendly, dependable, with strong communication and teamwork skills. No prior bakery experience required, but welcome; flexible scheduling and paid training offered in a casual team setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills preferred.
• Previous retail, customer service, food service, or bakery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Provide excellent customer service and help guests select products.
• Prepare, decorate, frost, and package cakes according to brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
• Support bakery operations, including stocking, cleaning, and merchandising.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
• Help create a fun, celebratory atmosphere that reflects the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand.
