Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months cash handling experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months retail sales/financial services experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and some non-bank hours.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Proficiency with desktop/laptop/tablet and basic smartphone apps.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of customer transactions: checks, cash, deposits, withdrawals.
• Balance cash drawers and ensure accuracy.
• Provide product and service information and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Identify and refer sales opportunities to support bank goals.
• Maintain honesty, integrity and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Build relationships and document customer needs to match with Seacoast Bank products.
• Support regulatory and security procedures and escalate issues as needed.
