Job summary

The Y in Central Maryland is looking for a dedicated Swim Coach to join our team. In this role, you will assist our competitive swim team during practices and events, ensuring the safety of all swimmers while promoting a professional and engaging atmosphere.

Your responsibilities will include enforcing safety protocols, training swimmers with a competitive philosophy, and collaborating effectively with parents and other coaches. Qualifications

• Ability to enforce pool rules and ensure swimmer safety.
• Experience in coaching or teaching swimming.
• Strong communication with parents and swimmers.
