Qualifications

• Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours of physician’s orders.
• Develop effective treatment plans.
• Communicate with healthcare team members regarding patient’s progress.

• Record evaluations and treatment notes.
• Participate in Care Conference Meetings.
