Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and communicate patient progress.
• Record evaluations and progress notes, billing for services.
