Qualifications
Evaluates patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours of physician's orders.
Develops effective treatment plans.
Communicates with healthcare team members about patient’s progress.
Responsibilities
Treats patients according to the treatment plan of care.
Participates in Care Conference Meetings and Interdisciplinary Team Meetings.
Acts as a clinical supervisor for Speech/Language Pathology Graduate Clinicians.
