Responsibilities
Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours.
Develop effective treatment plans.
Communicate patient progress with healthcare team.
Participate in Care Conference Meetings and Team Meetings.
Record and document evaluations and treatment notes.
