Job summary

Concept Rehab, Inc is looking for a Speech/Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with communication and swallowing difficulties. The role involves developing treatment plans, collaborating with healthcare teams, and maintaining professional documentation. Candidates must have a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and appropriate state licensure, alongside the skills to communicate effectively and problem-solve. Qualifications

• Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours of physician’s orders.
• Develop effective treatment plans.
• Treat patients according to the treatment plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Communicate patient progress to healthcare team and families.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Record evaluations and treatment notes.
