Job summary

Kiawah Island Golf Resort is seeking a Server Assistant for The Ocean Room. You will help prepare the dining room, welcome guests, and assist servers to ensure smooth, attentive service.

Role is non-exempt and onsite on Kiawah Island; candidates should be at least 21 to pour alcohol, be punctual, fast on their feet, and able to work independently or with a team. A background check will be conducted.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ to pour and serve alcohol.
• Must be willing to learn and be fast on their feet.
• Must be punctual.
• Must work well independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• All areas kept clean and immaculate.
• Welcome guests and assist servers as needed.
• Know menu and beverage offerings inside-out.
• Assist in monitoring guests’ needs and all operations phases.
• Reset and clear tables, run food, maintain front and back areas.
