Kiawah Island Golf Resort is seeking a Server Assistant for the Lobby Bar. Under supervision, you will help prepare dining areas, welcome guests, and assist servers with various needs. This role emphasizes teamwork, speed, and a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean spaces, knowing the menu and beverage offerings, and ensuring smooth service flow. Onsite position with comprehensive benefits and an equal opportunity workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol.
• Willing to learn and be fast on their feet.
• Punctual and reliable for shifts.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Keep all areas clean and immaculate.
• Welcome guests and assist the server with needs.
• Know all aspects of the menu and beverage offerings.
• Assist in monitoring guests' needs and operations.
• Reset and clear tables, run food, and maintain areas.
• Know daily activities, house count, hours of operation.
• Know all menu items, specials, liquor brands, beers, and non‑alcoholic selections.
• Know table numbers, seating, dress code, and room capacity.
• Maintain professionalism with guests and teammates.
• Support a teamwork and learning environment.
