Marshalls in Massillon, OH is hiring a Store Associate to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience, maintain a clean store, and support operations across departments.

You’ll handle transactions, promote loyalty programs, follow security and loss-prevention standards, and work with a team to meet sales goals. Willingness to lift heavy objects and adapt to a fast-paced environment is required.

• Follow merchandising procedures and prepare merchandise for floor.
• Support store recovery and maintain safety standards.
• Participate in loss prevention and safety awareness.
