Marshalls in Commerce, GA is hiring a Store Associate to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience, uphold store standards, and support various store areas as needed.

You will engage customers, promote credit and loyalty programs, process transactions, and help maintain merchandising and safety across the sales floor. This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a commitment to a positive store culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Supports a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising procedures and standards
• Processes merchandise for the sales floor per standards
• Maintains store cleanliness and participates in recovery throughout the day
• Provides recognition and constructive feedback
• Follows labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and safety awareness
• Performs other duties as assigned
