Job summary

Marshalls in Columbus, OH, part of TJX Companies, is hiring a store associate to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store environment.

You will engage with customers, process transactions, promote credit and loyalty programs, and support store recovery and safety efforts. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and teamwork within a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customer according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow merchandising standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to procedures.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and recovery standards for the sales floor and store.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Support shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
