Qualifications

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs service model (C.H.A.R.M).
• Assist in all store departments including POS, merchandising, product placement and stockroom operations.
• Able to stand and lift up to 30 pounds and work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model
• Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns
• Assist in all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations
• Work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations and launches
• Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures and inventory control
