Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs service model.
• Support store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation and stockroom operations.
• Collaborate with Store Management to meet and exceed personal performance goals.
• Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product launches and brand initiatives.
• Adhere to Crocs policies including Asset Protection and inventory control.
• Support in all store operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
