Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ service model.
• Contribute to a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns.
• Assist in store departments (POS, customer service, merchandising, stockroom) to create a seamless shopping experience.
• Collaborate with Store Management to meet and exceed personal performance goals.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product launches and brand initiatives.
• Adhere to all Crocs policies including Asset Protection and inventory control.
