Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs’ service model.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS, customer service, merchandising, and stockroom operations to create a seamless shopping experience.
• Work closely with Store Management to achieve personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives.
• Adhere to Crocs policies, including Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.
