• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the Crocs C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Support a positive team culture by sharing ideas and feedback while upholding Crocs core values.
• Assist in all store departments (POS, customer service, merchandising, stockroom) to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Collaborate with Store Management to meet and exceed personal performance goals.
• Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed on product launches and initiatives, educating customers.
• Follow Crocs policies including Asset Protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.
