Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process freight
• Assist with price changes/markdowns
• Balance register according to company policy
• Bags merchandise efficiently when completing a customer's transaction
• Handle cash, checks and credit cards following policy
• Obtain management approval for returns, voids and checks
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping duties
• Provide proper customer service and greet customers
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions
• Support loss prevention procedures and report incidents
