Job summary
Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) in Indiana to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home or school settings. You will implement plans from a supervising BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with the team while maintaining reliable transportation for travel between locations.
Qualifications include RBT certification, experience with autism, strong English communication, and a clean background check.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children or adolescents with autism.
- Effective communication in English, incl. verbal & written.
- Ability to communicate with coworkers, supervisors and families.
- Valid state identification card.
- Reliable transportation to travel between locations.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or school settings.
- Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
- Data collection and session notes submission.
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
- Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
- You must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute to locations.
