Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their Home & Community Program in Everett, WA. This position offers flexibility in scheduling, hourly pay, and opportunities for growth. The role requires a licensed OT with a bachelor’s degree, effective communication skills, and a passion for functional rehabilitation. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist.
• A minimum of one year’s work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological diagnoses preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and move patients safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Perform discharge evaluations and make safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient’s needs and progress to treatment teams.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to enhance patient outcomes.
