Job summary

CBI Home Health is hiring a Personal Support Worker to help clients in Vaughan, Maple, and Woodbridge. You will support clients to stay safe and independent in their homes, assist with mobility and light exercises, and document any changes to the care plan. The role requires travel between homes and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and car insurance to travel within Vaughan/ Maple/ Woodbridge area.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills; French or other languages is an asset.
• Commitment to working every other weekend and ability to lift up to 35 lbs (16 kg).

Responsibilities

• Support clients to be as safe and independent at home as possible.
• Observe, document, and report changes in client condition to supervisor.
• Perform light housekeeping as indicated in care plans.
