UPMC Passavant is hiring a Part-Time Patient Care Technician to support the Resource Pool. This role offers flexibility with a 10% differential for full-time and part-time pool positions.

The incumbent will be part of the inpatient care team, performing duties under RN supervision, assisting with activities of daily living, vital signs, and patient transport while maintaining safety and quality standards. A minimum of 1 year of patient care experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of patient care experience preferred.
• Cares for patients and supports safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living for patients.
• Support with vital signs, intake/output, and basic nursing tasks per RN.
• Assist with transportation of patients and equipment as needed.
• Document in medical records according to established procedures.
