Job summary

DashMart, a DoorDash local-fulfillment center, is hiring a Variable Schedule Operations Associate to pick, pack, and ship orders, manage inventory, and keep the warehouse organized. You’ll start with onboarding and a 4-hour training shift, then choose shifts based on business needs and your schedule.

AM/PM/Overnight shifts are available, with premium pay for late-night hours and a path to career growth. You must lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas, with a high school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders; pick orders from the app, pack, and hand off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management; stock receivables and manage shelf life.
• Warehouse organization; clean and organize the warehouse.
• Delight customers; ensure substitutions are approved by the customer.
