Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Advanced Provider (NP/PA) to deliver primary and palliative care in a Lawton, OK facility on a part‑time basis. You will perform exams, develop care plans, and collaborate with a physician supervisor while managing chronic conditions.

Qualifications

• Board Certified with valid NP or PA licensure in Oklahoma.
• 1–2 years primary care experience with geriatric patients.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and independent working skills.
• Ability to problem solve and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality primary and palliative care in a Lawton facility.
• Perform physical exams, obtain histories, and plan care.
• Communicate with office staff across internal platforms.
• Deliver patient‑centered care to a diverse chronic disease panel.
• Develop impressions, diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Consult patients and families during visits; order tests as needed.
• Prescribe medications and necessary interventions.
