Job summary

48forty Solutions in Richmond, IL is seeking associates to join our pallet production team. Pick your days, work 1 shift per week minimum, up to 30 hours, with daily pay options and a competitive hourly wage.

You will sort, grade, and stack lumber and pallet components on our saw lines, follow safety rules, and collaborate with a tight-knit crew. No experience required; opportunities for full-time advancement exist.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Ability to work 1 shift per week, minimum, and no more than 30 hours per week.
• Experience in manufacturing or hands-on labor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
• Keep work area clean, organized and safe.
• Fill critical production line support functions.
• Evaluate, grade, sort, and organize lumber and pallet components.
• Communicate with teammates and shift leads to move materials.
• Keep pace with the line to support production goals.
