Job summary

48forty Solutions in Richmond, IL is hiring an Associate Line Operator for an active, hands-on role on our lumber and pallet lines. You pick your days and earn $16/hour with daily pay before payday; part-time shifts can lead to full-time opportunities.

You’ll follow safety procedures, keep the work area clean, grade and sort lumber, and communicate with teammates to keep material moving. No prior experience required, but manufacturing exposure helps.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work 1 shift per week minimum, and no more than 30 hours per week.
• Experience in a manufacturing or hands-on labor environment is preferred.

Tell us which days work for you and we’ll build the schedule around them — one shift a week keeps you on the roster. Daily pay lets you pull your earnings before payday. The work is active and hands-on: sorting, grading, and stacking lumber and pallet components on our saw lines, alongside a crew that looks out for each other. Show up, work safe, work hard, and you’ll be first in line for full-time opportunities.

Part‑time associates are required to work full shifts, and may work 1 to 3 days per week based on availability. Schedules will be based on business need, no more than 30 hours per week.

$16.00

1st: Mon - Fri 5:30 AM - 1:45 PM 2nd: Mon - Thur 2:00 PM - 12:15 AM
