48forty Solutions, LLC is hiring an Associate Line Operator to support lumber and pallet component sorting, grading, and stacking on our saw lines. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and efficient material flow.

Shifts include 1st and 2nd with daily pay options and potential for full-time opportunities. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and be able to work 1 shift per week, up to 30 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work 1 shift per week, minimum, and no more than 30 hours per week.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or hands-on labor environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Fill critical production line support functions
• Evaluate, grade, sort, and organize lumber and pallet components
• Communicate with teammates and shift leads to keep material moving
• Keep pace with the line to support your team’s production goals
