48forty Solutions LLC is seeking a Line Operator in Richmond, IL to operate saws and resaw machines while ensuring product quality. The role offers hourly pay and two shifts: 1st (5:30 AM–1:45 PM) and 2nd (2:00 PM–12:15 AM), with a probationary period of 60–90 days.

Opportunity to transfer to a piece-rate role based on performance. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to operate saws; training is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Must be able to operate saws and resaws.
• Training provided for the right candidate; prior experience preferred but not required.
