Job summary

STXZ Lacrosse connects families with independent lacrosse coaches in the Washington, DC area. You will receive client offers, review them, and choose to accept or decline. You control your schedule and location, coaching sessions on your terms at home, a field, or park.

Coaches set the pace and structure, submit post-session briefs, and get paid promptly. To qualify, you need lacrosse experience, be 18+, and legally work in the US, plus a background check and your own gear.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience in lacrosse at youth/high school/club/college level or playing at high school varsity/club/college level.
• 18 years or older and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third-party background check arranged by STXZ.
• Reliable transportation to training locations and your own basic training gear.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers sent by STXZ and decide whether to accept.
• Contact the client within 24 hours of accepting an offer to arrange schedule and location.
• Conduct sessions at client’s home, a local field, or park per your arrangement.
• Run sessions using your drills, pacing, and teaching style.
• Submit a quick lesson briefing on the platform after each session and receive payment.
