Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• 18 or older and legally allowed to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third-party background check.
• Reliable transportation to training locations in your area.
• Own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment.
• Strong communication with parents, players, and STXZ team.
• Professionalism and ability to work independently with families.

Responsibilities

• Review and accept client offers sent by STXZ within 24 hours.
• Deliver private lacrosse lessons at client locations or approved venues.
• Set your own schedule, drills, and session structure.
• Submit a brief lesson briefing on the platform after each session.
• Coordinate payments and billing through STXZ and coach independently.
