Job summary

STXZ Lacrosse is seeking independent lacrosse coaches in the Bridgewater area to cover client requests for private lessons. You will coach sessions on your own schedule, using your drills and professional judgment, and receive payments via PayPal after each lesson.

We provide clients and handle administration, allowing you to focus on coaching. Sessions are paid per completed hour, with payout within 24 to 48 hours after submission of the lesson briefing.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• Willing to complete a third-party background check.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to training locations.
• Own stick and basic training equipment.

Responsibilities

• Review and accept client offers and schedule sessions.
• Coach sessions at client locations using your drills and structure.
• Submit a brief lesson briefing after each session through the platform.
• Manage travel within your territory and coordinate with families.
• Provide professional coaching and clear communication with families and STXZ.
