We send you clients in your area, handle the administrative work, and get out of your way so you can coach. If you have lacrosse experience and want coaching work on a flexible schedule, this is for you.

Most lessons run weekday afternoons and evenings and on weekends. Work when you want and pause your availability anytime.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college levels.
• 18+ years old.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third-party background check.
• Reliable transportation to training locations.
• Own lacrosse stick and basic training equipment.
• Strong communication with parents, players, and STXZ.
• Independent contractor status and responsibility for taxes.

Responsibilities

• Coach private lacrosse lessons at client locations.
• Customize drills, pacing, and session plans.
• Review and submit a lesson briefing on the STXZ platform after sessions.
• Coordinate scheduling and locations with clients (home, field, park).
• Provide professional, independent coaching without STXZ-imposed drills.
